Held at the Lebanon National Cemetery in December, Wreaths Across America began when the Worcester Wreath Company of Harrington, Maine began a tradition of placing wreaths on the graves of fallen U.S. heroes at Arlington National Cemetery during the holidays.
In 2009, more than 400 locations hosted ceremonies, overseeing the placement of 450,000 wreaths on the headstones of those who served and sacrificed for our freedoms.
Lebanon’s event includes ceremonial wreaths for Army, Navy, Marine Corp, Air Force, Merchant Marines, Coast Guard, Civil Air Patrol and POW/MIA. 
A reception at the VFW follows the event.

• From Centre Square, drive one block south on KY 55/Spalding Ave. to light (Main St.).
• Turn right onto U.S. 68/Main St. and continue for 1.4 miles to the fifth light.
• Turn left onto KY 208/Cemetery Rd. and the Lebanon National Cemetery is straight ahead at 20 Hwy. 208, Lebanon KY 40033.
